Farewell But Not at Heart
Welcome everyone,
My last days in Esso, these few days. Thanks for all your support. I've really enjoyed my days working in Esso since day one, mostly due to the people working side by side. Maybe the last 2 years was challenging to me, but it was still an unforgetable experience for me. My only wish in my next job is to enjoy working whether it would be in my career or business.
Keep in touch and may god guide us all.

Unlimited Power Anthony Robbins
I went to Anthony Robbins seminar Unlimited Power lastMonday, 1 day only but it was a wonderful experience
Tony Robbins was a great motivational speaker and he talked a lot of NLP.....It's like going to NLP class but with a lot of jumping around...hehehe I loved it.
Just to share with you some of the things that during the seminars
5 Keys to Master your life
1. Raise your standards(Change from SHOULD to MUST)
2. Change your limiting beliefs.(Seek and U will find)
3. Model the strategies that work(Success leavesclues -find out what successful people do)
4. Increase your emotional intensities to train andbuild up your emotional strength.(Use adversities andchallenges to build your emotional strength)
5. Give more than u expect to receive.
Also
CHANGE YOUR PYHSIOLOGY AND IT WILL CHANGE YOUR STATE.
He helped Andre Agassi to be a great player again.Andre was trying to get back to his performance bypracticing and doing everything he can but he can'tseem to get back to his glory days. Brooke Shields(his gf then) asked Tony whether he can helped Andre. When Tony and Andre reviewed back his games when he won the Wimbledon and the times when he lost easily, thedifferences were not whether he was in top shape. Itwas the state he was in. He was confident and knew he would win in the former and was thinking about thelast time that guy beat Andre in the last match in theformer. Change the state to help you SUCCEED

Mike Litman's conversation with Jack Canfield
I'm in the process of reading Mike Litman's book of Conversation with Millionaires. Wonderful to have all the INGREDIENTS of success in one book. I'm at Chpt 4 by the way - conversation with Jack Canfield.
One of the more fascinating thing that Jack Canfield mentioned is that one of the biggest stopper for one to be successful is that you think you're not enough..whether enough money, not enough capital, not enough knowledge. You're going to feel that you're not enough to do anything. This is true for a whole lot of people (especially myself!). To make it enough is to just do the action and learn from experience. So I started to do something that I was not comfortable today and I did it even though I did not made a sale today. The other thing is that it is not BEING a millionaire that make a person successful but it is WHO I HAVE TO BE to become a millionaire. It does not matter if you lose all the money but if you KNOW you can create it again, does it matter? U may need strenghten your sales or your public speaking skills and all it's needed to be. It would be scary at first but once you conquer your fear, u become a better person. I think sometimes we are just afraid to ask - worry that we would be humiliated or rejected. Just try
To a colleague of mind who had just moved to another company - We miss you already and good luck in your new career and company. We know you'll do great anywhere you are.
