Preparing to be a Millionaire
.With all the news about high oil prices, downturn of the economic, recessions, it sounds pretty gloomy right? But it's different with me because I'm preparing myself to be a millionaire. My target is to invest in two vehicle during the recession. I know recession is a taboo for everyone but I look at it as an opportunity. Expect it to be in mid 2009 so I'm preparing for it....
My preparation is to invest in stocks when the stocks falls below 800 KLCI index so I'm preparing my self to find out which stocks would be the best stocks. Listening to the CD by Mary Buffet helps I guys.... I'm still browsng around. (More on buffetology too). And sell the shares when the KLCI index is around 1100(50%), 1200(30%), 1300%(20%). I've identified a few shares but they're way too high now.
My next preparation is capture the downturn in the realestate as well. I'm trying to browse and look for a target location and understanding the property cost. I'm still ambivalent of which areas to look at whether in Bangi(where I lived), or in Kelana Jaya(my dads) or Bangsar (the high end). I should really be focused. I plan to go for the auction on 20th, so I'm doing my homework, hopefully I can finish it up. I do too much planning and too little action but I can't blame myself either to be cautious after my boo boo with my first realestate investment.

Weddings and Marriages and Money
I love weddings! Congratulations to two of my collegues who are getting married this weekend....07.07.2007. Good luck charm number. It's when two person destined to be with each other and starting a new chapter in their life. I know there's always worries about the unknown future and joy of being with our loved ones and also chaos with wedding arrangements. To me, just enjoy the journey.
Talking about marriage. Guess what is the most common issue that couples argue about? Yup that's right..it's about money. It maybe because of lack of it but most of the time for young couple, it's not because of lack but because of the blueprint of our money in our mental mind. (Previously for me, it was because of my principle.) U need be aware of it as in the Secrets of Millionaire Mind book. One spouse may have a different blueprint than the other. So we need to understand and together make changes to it. Both would need to work on it
I can't wait to see the fellow NLPiers tomorrow. CU soon.

Millionaire Blue Print
Hi All,
TGIF!!! I'm going back to Kuala Lumpur where my parents stay. It was my Father's birthday 4th of July but I could only come back today. Having a nice dinner at one of the restaurant. My adam and aisyah also excited to go back. Happy Birthday Abah..May u have long life and a wonderful one at dad.
I went to National Congress in Kuala Lumpur last May and I had an opportunity to meet Harv Eker at PWTC. He talked about the millionaire blueprint that one has and how to change it. Blueprints from our past whether it was from the parents, environment, teachers. U may not be conscious of it but it may be hurting your financial status. Why is it some people were able to make so much money but never able to save? He gave an example of a lady who had a childhood experience on money. As a child she keep comes to her mother asking for money and the mother keep reverting her to the father saying she does not have money. When she grows up, she thinks that man holds all the money. She in turns spends and spends and driving her husband nuts...Seems familiar. I have the same blueprint. I come from a family who most of them works either with the government or with a company. My blueprint is very similar where I value consistency and stability(this means income every month.......not an answer if you want to be a millionaire). Think about it. There's at least one blueprint that you have from your parents whether it's good or bad. It was a wonderful experience. Since then, I've read the Secrets of Millionaire Mind by Harv Eker. I have signed up for a 3 day course in Singapore . Join me!!!! I can't wait to go with my hubby. Check it out. I have a millionaire mind.
